There are 160 countries that have visa exemptions, please first check whether you are included in the countries that have visa exemptions. If yes, then you just have to plan how long you will stay in Indonesia (maximum 30 days). If your country is not registered then you must submit a visa application to the Indonesia Embassy or consulate abroad (outside Indonesia).
Before visiting, you need to know about the various types of Visa and Immigration in Indonesia that have special requirements. Explained as follows:
Visa Exemption
Countries included in the 169 Visa Free Countries list are entitled to visa exemptions and are given a maximum stay of 30 days which cannot be extended and can enter Indonesia from 124 immigration checkpoints.
Requirements: Passport (minimum validity period of 6 months).

Visa on Arrival
Apply for a visa after arriving in Indonesia. This visa is only valid for 61 countries and given maximum stay for 30 days and can be extended at the Immigration Office for 1 (one) time or for another 30 days.
