Telecommunication

To facilitate you to communication with a mobilephone, we are recommendation to use a local operator's sim card. There are several local operator services that you can use :

1. Telkomsel
2. XL Axiata
3. Indosat Ooredoo

You can buy a sim card at several cellphone shops / small shop. For top-up your balance, you can buy at mini market, small shop or online purchases.

In some remote locations like Berua Village you may not get a signal, we are recommend to choose Telkomsel.

Internet

If you are in Berua Village, for internet access you must be using Telkomsel, for XL Axiata and Indosat Ooredoo the signal will be not stable.

Wifi

You can use Wifi for free or paid in several restaurant and cafe. Internet speed is tentative, it depends by the Internet Provider, but most places where internet speeds are provided are very slow.
